My day doesn’t officially begin until my gym session is complete. Plus, I find my most creative “magic time” is the first couple of hours post-workout.

Do you ever find yourself feeling a little “antzy” if you couldn’t get in your workout for some reason? That’s me.

Now if I could just instill a daily writing habit in my life the same way….
